Charles Miller

Charles has 17 years of experience as a high-level basketball player, he competed at the NCAA DII and in USPORTS. Simultaneously, he completed his graduate studies to become a mental performance consultant under the Canadian Sport Psychology Association (CSPA).

His approach focuses on setting specific goals and objectives, personal self-control, discipline and consistency within each individual. He is eager to share his knowledge and experiences with you.
